If you change your mind about a purchase, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. You don’t need to give a reason.

How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all our orders, so refunds are issued by Paddle. Find your order at paddle.net using the email address you used at checkout, and request a refund there. The money goes back to your original payment method.

If you need help or can’t find your order, email [email protected] with your order number (it’s in your Paddle receipt email) and we’ll help.

Try before you buy

KORDER Lite is a free version of KORDER. You can use it before buying to make sure the plugin works in your setup.

After a refund

When a purchase is refunded, the licence for that product ends.
